Play the video above to learn more about the founder of 1971 Capital and his ambition to create the largest real estate platform without a single dollar of debt.
Build the asset. Own the outcome.
Sam Amin founded 1971 Capital and Amin Enterprises with a simple conviction: institutional-grade real asset investing should be possible without leverage, without layers, and without misaligned intermediaries between the investor and the asset.
That conviction came from the operating side of the table. Before capital was raised, buildings were delivered. The operator infrastructure beneath the platform, Sakeenah Developments, Vesteq Real Estate, and Wealth Gulf Corporate and Capital Advisory, was built first, so the platform underwrites what it can actually execute.
1971 is the year the monetary system structurally decoupled from hard asset backing. The decades that followed rewarded leverage and complexity. The platform is a direct response to that structure: real assets, disciplined underwriting, aligned partnership, and transparent governance.
Sam led the structuring of the platform from inception through regulatory approval, and today leads strategy, capital formation, and platform development toward the firm's three-year objective of USD 1B in assets under management, debt-free.
“We raise in uncertainty. We deploy in conviction.”
